Entrepreneur Coaching Academy – Begins October 15, Register Now
A second cohort of the Entrepreneur Coaching Academy will begin October 15th and run through November 21st. This intensive program meets Tuesdays & Thursdays and is designed to mentor future leaders and entrepreneurs in developing their essential skills to influence and achieve high performance measures as small business owners. Lender Match Referral Tool
Are you seeking capital for your small business? Lender Match is a free online referral tool that connects small businesses with participating SBA-approved lenders. Answer a few questions about your business in as little as five minutes.

National Preparedness Month
September is National Preparedness Month and this year’s theme is prepared, not scared. After a disaster strikes, SBA offers low-interest disaster loans for homeowners, renters and businesses of all sizes. Economic Injury Disaster Loans Available
The U.S. Small Business Administration has announced that Economic Injury Disaster Loans are available to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture and private nonprofit organizations located in Illinois as a result of excessive moisture, flooding and flash flooding that began on September 1, 2018. UIUC’s iVenture Accelerator, the Champaign County Economic Development Corporation, and Illinois Small Business Development Center at Champaign County EDC are co-hosting a Startup Social at Sipyard. Illinois Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs) are resources for small businesses looking to enter the world of government contracting.
